Returns + Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. Kennakristine requires an email Kenna@kennakristine.com for permission to return an item as well as provide tracking on return shipment. 

Cancelation: A non-custom order may be canceled before it ships. Custom orders may be canceled before production begins. Email kenna@kennakristine.com for more information about production and shipping of your unique order.
